Did you know that in China, T’ai Chi Ch’uan is called, “the Ultimate Exercise?” Dr. Oz, the Mayo Clinic, the Centers for Disease Control and 1000 years of Chinese Culture all tout the health benefits and sing the praises of this meditative martial art. And in the 2008 Olympic games we all saw that T’ai Chi is a great workout when 3000 T’ai Chi athletes perfromed it during the opening ceremonies.
Now you can study from one of the best T’ai Chi teachers in America. Master David-Dorian Ross is widely recognized as America’s foremost authority on teaching T’ai Chi. Inside Kung-fu magazine called him “The man who took T’ai Chi mainstream.” In the last 35 years, David-Dorian has studied with some of the best teachers in the world, including Master Wei Jinling and Coach Wu Bin – the coach who discovered and trained kung-fu movie legend Jet Li.
David-Dorian is 7-time US National T’ai Chi performance champion, 2-time World Bronze and World Silver medal winner – the highest awards ever won by an American in international T’ai Chi competition. He is the author of The T’ai Chi Companion and Exercising the Soul. The curriculum at the Full Circle T’ai Chi Academy covers “The Four Pillars of T’ai Chi:” solo forms (including bare hand, sword, staff and spear), Qigong for health and meditation, Pushing Hands and the T’ai Chi Classics.
